Title: QEMU vulnerabilities
Summary: Several security issues were fixed in QEMU.
Zhenhao Hong discovered that QEMU incorrectly handled the Virtio GPU
device. An attacker inside the guest could use this issue to cause QEMU to
crash, resulting in a denial of service. This issue only affected Ubuntu
16.04 LTS and Ubuntu 16.10. (CVE-2016-10028, CVE-2016-10029)
Li Qiang discovered that QEMU incorrectly handled the 6300esb watchdog. A
privileged attacker inside the guest could use this issue to cause QEMU to
crash, resulting in a denial of service. (CVE-2016-10155)

CVE-2017-5579 Qemu: serial: host memory leakage 16550A UART emulation
Quick Emulator(Qemu) built with the 16550A UART serial device emulation support
is vulnerable to a memory leakage issue. It could occur while doing a device
unplug operation; Doing so repeatedly would result in leaking host memory,
affecting other services on the host.
A privileged user inside guest could use this flaw to cause a DoS and/or
potentially crash the Qemu process on the host.
