ImageMagick 7.0.8-50 Q16 has a heap-based buffer over-read in MagickCore/fourier.c in ComplexImages.
A heap-based buffer over-read was discovered in ImageMagick in the way it performs complex mathematics on an image sequence. Applications compiled against ImageMagick libraries that accept untrustworthy images may be vulnerable to this flaw. An attacker could abuse this flaw by providing a specially crafted image to make the application crash or leak application data.
Statement: This issue did not affect the versions of ImageMagick as shipped with Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5, 6, and 7 as they did not include the vulnerable function.
