CVE-2022-50143 [MEDIUM] CWE-772 kernel: intel_th: Fix a resource leak in an error handling path
kernel: intel_th: Fix a resource leak in an error handling path
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
intel_th: Fix a resource leak in an error handling path
If an error occurs after calling 'pci_alloc_irq_vectors()',
'pci_free_irq_vectors()' must be called as already done in the remove
function.
Statement: This vulnerability is rated Low for Red Hat. It is a resource leak in the `intel_th` kernel module that could lead to a denial of service (DoS) over time with resource exhaustion, however it does not directly lead to a kernel panic. Exploitation requires local access to the system.
