A memory leak was found in the AMD ACP3x audio driver's PDM DMA operations. Memory allocated during DMA operations is not properly freed, leading to gradual memory exhaustion during audio recording or playback operations.
Statement: This affects systems with AMD Renoir/Cezanne APUs using the ACP3x audio subsystem for PDM (Pulse Density Modulation) microphone input. The leak accumulates during audio operations but requires sustained audio activity to cause significant memory pressure.
