When these rules enter the `addDhcpRule` function and are processed by `ret = sscanf(pRule, " %d\t%[^\t]\t%[^\n\r\t]", &dhcpsIndex, dhcpsIP, dhcpsMac);`, the lack of size validation for the rules could lead to buffer overflows in `dhcpsIndex`, `dhcpsIP`, and `dhcpsMac`.
