In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
wifi: rtw89: pci: validate release report content before using for RTL8922DE
The commit 957eda596c76
("wifi: rtw89: pci: validate sequence number of TX release report")
does validation on existing chips, which somehow a release report of SKB
becomes malformed. As no clear cause found, add rules ahead for RTL8922DE
to avoid crash if it happens.

kernel: wifi: rtw89: pci: validate release report content before using for RTL8922DE
A flaw was found in the Linux kernel's `rtw89` WiFi driver. This vulnerability arises from insufficient validation of release report content, specifically affecting the `RTL8922DE` chip. If a malformed release report is processed, it can lead to a system crash, resulting in a Denial of Service (DoS).

## Windows Netlogon: critical RCE
Anyone responsible for securing a domain controller should prioritize remediation of CVE-2026-41089 , which is a critical stack-based buffer overflow in Windows Netlogon with a CVSS v3 base score of 9.8. Exploitation leads to execution in the context of the Netlogon service, so that’s SYSTEM privileges on the domain controller. For most pentesters, that’s the point at which the customer report more or less writes itself. No privileges
