A heap buffer overflow vulnerability exists in ANGLE's D3D11 renderer at Renderer11::drawLineLoop (Renderer11.cpp line 2067-2078). The variable `spaceNeeded` is computed by truncating a 64-bit size_t value (sizeof(GLuint) * mScratchIndexDataBuffer.size()) to a 32-bit unsigned int. When primitive restart markers in a GL_LINE_LOOP draw call cause GetLineLoopIndices to expand the index buffer beyond the guard check's expectation (which only accounts for count+1, not the restart-expanded count), the byte size can exceed 2^32 and wrap to a small value.
