and Ubuntu 26.10. .NET 11 has been updated to 11.0.0~rc2 in Ubuntu 26.10.
In addition to security fixes, the updated packages contain bug fixes, new
features, and possibly incompatible changes.

Microsoft is releasing this security advisory to provide information about a vulnerability in Microsoft.AspNetCore.WebUtilities. This advisory also provides guidance on what developers can do to update their applications to remove this vulnerability.
Incrementally arriving form data can cause `FormPipeReader` to repeatedly rescan the full buffered body, resulting in quadratic CPU consumption and denial of service.
